| Article 1 – Purposes of this Act The Purpose of this act is to ensure that the masses be allowed to educate themselves and their children. Article 2 – Area of Effect The Ministry of Education and Culture shall be charged with ensuring the enforcement of the provisions of this act in conjunction with the Ministry of Health and Social Services. |
