Details

Submitted by[?]: Global Democracy Movement Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 2165

Description[?]:

In this proposal, the right to privacy is still an undisputed right of every citizen, they mantain their total right of privacy.
The right of privacy in this proposal is never to be controled, the intention is to give justice a change to not be obstructed.
This proposal doesn't give any other type of public power except justice to intervain in the privacy of citizens, justice system is independent from the Government, judges, and all type of judgment can't be under the cabinet control, so for that reason this proposal doesn't take the citizens their right to full privacy, this proposal just gives justice a change to work more properly, without obstruction.
This mesure is most vital in cases of fraude, corruption, terrorism, public safety, etc etc...
Individuals have the right to their privacy, but in cases of need, for the good and safety of the all society, for reason's above the individual right, for reasons that can inflict violation's or damages to the right of more than one individual, justice has the right to obtain informations in the privacy of the individual.
Notice that it's only for matter's of justice and order, not for matter's of administrative action by the government or other public power.

MessageNever! and when hell freezes over HELL NO!

The state has no right to tell any individual what to do unless that person is attacking the state or an individual therein.

This is the first step to dictatorship. Such steps are always done first 'for our safety'

The war for freedom will never really be won because the price of our freedom is constant vigilance over ourselves and over our Government. – Eleanor Roosevelt (whoever she is?)

MessageShe's the wife of Franklin Roosevelt, one of the president's of the USA, but why do you have to use other people sentence to explain a point of view?

If you try to understand, in politics there are three independent powers, the executive one that is the government, the legislative power, that is held by the parliement that represents all the people, and the judicial power, the court's that apply law's and justice.

The state has no right to tell any individual what to do, but justice does, law does, the law is something that the individuals must obey to their one benefit and protection of their rights.
Don't mix the judicial system with the executive one, in this bill what's said is that people have total right to their privacy, but in matter's of justice, the court's have the right to get information from the individuals privacy.
In court's you use proof's to sustain a point of judgment, to have proof's you need information, for better justice and better criminality fight, you need a way to get the information that can fight the crime.
The free and honest people that follow the simple rules of living in society, and obey the law so they can protect their rights and respect the rights of other, have nothing to worry about, because their privacy would not be penetrated, just in cases of justice matter, the court's could take information from the privacy of people for the good of the all society.
This is a common practice to prevent, terrorism, corruption, and every type of crime.

MessageLet's stop regulation, let's end legislation about many subject's, lets give the nation away to privates, let's not have a responsable government, let's stop obeying law's, and why the hell not let's obstructe justice.

Well some one might killed dozens of people, but how can we prove it ? We have no proof's, we have no information, the photos of the killings are from the killer's private collection, cheer's to the privacy policie, and obstruction of justice.

Please try to get one idea at least, the judiciary system is independent from the government, people will not be controled or lose their right to privacy, unless they commit some crime or a suspicion of commiting it.

After poorness because of the welfare cut, the dumbness because of the lack of education, there comes crime to add to a nice society, corruption will be higher, but at least the criminals have their crimes safe by the privacy.
