Regarding inheritance. It should be the right of every individual to want to pass on property or belongings to their designated heirs without red tape. This law will make it easier for deceased persons to give to such persons via their will.

We favour keeping the law as it is. Otherwise, situations will become extremely difficult and complicated when a person dies without leaving a will. How else will the deceased person's estate be distributed?
