| This act entails: I. The appointment of a Lider Oblast' (Oblastleader) for every Oblast, II. The foundation of the Trigunskaya Natsional'nyy Sovet (Trigunian National Council) I. Lider Oblast' (Oblastleader) After every election the largest party of an Oblast will be the Lider Oblast' of that Oblast a. act as the Oblast's HOG b. responsible for the regional policies and security situation : curfews, emergency c. member of the TNS II. Trigunskaya Natsional'nyy Sovet (Trigunian National Council) The Obshchenatsional'nyy Lider (National Leader and chairman of the TNS), Predsedatel' Natsional'noy Duma (Speaker of the National Duma and secretary of the TNS), the acting Kardinal of theTrigunskaya Vseya Tserkov' (Trigunian Patriarchal Church) and every Lider Oblast' of an Oblast (5) are a member of the TNS. Total number of members: 8. The Obshchenatsional'nyy Lider (National Leader) has 2 votes. Total number of votes: 9 a. A majority vote is needed: - Declaration of War - Supporting other nations which are at war - Religious decisions concerning the Teran Partiarchal Church Note : any change or abolishing the system of Lider Oblast' and or TNS, a 2/3 majority of the legislation is required + a majority vote of the TNS. [This bill nees a 2/3 majority of the legislature to pass] |
