| We would like to start a treaty which states that: -criminals will be handed over to their official nation, if that nation has signed the treaty. -those criminals will be trialed in their official country. -the country in which the criminal has citizenship will make sure the criminal will never enter the country that has handed him/her over again. If the criminal does so, he/she may be considered renegade. -no country that signs the treaty will execute citizens of another country signing this treaty. |
