Message | Mr. Neutras Consul, The government believes this bill will allow health standards to continue in the right direction. Our stance is that we wish to have no stance on population control, citizens can have as many children as they wish. Obviously, a greater population will be good for Selucia in regards of taxation and other benefits but it does not require an extra push. The government also bans abortion unless it is an emergency situation. So, this subsidy will do it well. Our religious values also forbid too much protected sex. This bill proposals a compromise between the two. It also saves the government money in which we can redirect into other health areas. Minister of Health and Social Services Dr. Christian Wayne |

Message | Lord Consul, This is an utter affront to the values that our society has been built upon. Our tax money should not go to financing sexual promiscuity. Livia Jubilee, Mistress of the Crusader Democrats |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
