| JOINT RESOLUTION Declaring that a state of war exists between the Government of Indrala and the Government and the people of the Holy Luthori Empire and making provisions to prosecute the same. Whereas the Government of Indrala has formally declared war against the Government and the people of the Holy Luthori Empire: Therefore be it Resolved by the Noble Council of the Holy Luthori Empire in Congress assembled, That the state of war between the Holy Luthori Empire and the Government of Indrala which has thus been thrust upon the Holy Luthori Empire is hereby formally declared; and the Emperor and his Regent are hereby authorized and directed to employ the entire naval and military forces of the Holy Luthori Empire and the resources of the Government to carry on war against the Government of Indrala; and, to bring the conflict to a successful termination, all the resources of the country are hereby pledged by the Congress of the Holy Luthori Empire. |
