MessageThe Socialist Party cannot support the establishment of a workers' state in Kalistan. The Socialist Party supports a non-classist society, and also supports the notion that true democracy should not be tilted in the interests of one socio-economic class over all others. A capitalist, liberal democracy is tilted in the interests of those who own, and against the interests of those who do. A workers' state merely reverses that arrangement, without remedying, necessarily, the inequality of power and opportunity in society that goes with it. It dispossesses whole segments of the population and makes them permanent enemies of the State.

We would be in favor of a more democratic title for the Head of Government and the Head of State, but altering the Stile of the Republic itself if unconscionable.
