Description[?]:
Every citizen of Trigunia is a member of the Trigunskaya Vseya Tserkov' . This has been decided by law: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=417600 (August 3736) ======================================================================================== ACTING KARDINAL AS HEAD OF THE TVR AND MEMBER OF THE HOLY SOBOR OF THE TERRAN PARTIARCHAL CHURCH: Boris Radetsky (3730-...), October 3780... ====================================================================================== KARDINALS OF THE TVT: 1. Pjotr Kordansin (3670-3758), August 3736 - September 3758 2. Kovan Garaldin (3695-3780), September 3758- October 3780 ======================================================================================== The Trigunskaya Vseya Tserkov' (Trigunian Patriarchal Church) will be part of the Terran Patriarchal Church. The TVT recognizes the religious authority of the Pápež ( http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=1844&start=20 and http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Terran_Patriarchal_Church ) but also accepts that the Church is part of the- and participates in- Trigunian society and as such is close related to the Government of Tirgunia as the main representing executive body of the Trigunian community. The highest position in the TVT will be the Kardinal of the Trigunskaya Vseya Tserkov' , member of the Holy Sobor. The TVT might differ from other Patriarchal Churches. The Government has the opportunity by law to influence appointments and finances of the TVT. However, it will be the only recognised religion in Trigunia. To ensure the rights of the Trigunskaya Vseya Tserkov' (TVT) and Trigunian society, represented by the acting Government, this means: 1. Recognized religions are not taxed. 2.There is an official state religion, and membership is mandatory. 3.The State has the right to veto the appointment of any ministers of religion. 4. Religions are required to obtain government approval before promoting themselves or advertising in any manner. 5. Only recognised religions may set up religious schools, with no regulations. 6.The salaries and pensions of ministers of religion shall be borne by the State and regulated by the law. 7.All nationals are required to register their religion 8.Teacher-led prayers are mandatory in schools. [the above mentioned measures 1 to 8 can be altered by Parliament by a majority vote] 9. The Kardinal (Head of the TVT) is also a full member of the Trigunskaya Natsional'nyy Sovet (Trigunian National Council) 10. A 2/3 majority of the total legislature and a majority of the Trigunskaya Natsional'nyy Sovet (Trigunian National Council)is needed to abolish or ban the TVT or to adjust art 9. |

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation. |
