Description[?]:

1. The Zardic Federation hereby recognizes the Aldurian Declaration of Independence and an independent Aldurian State that is not subject to the Holy Luthori Empire.
2. The Zardic Federation hereby enacts a 50% tarrif on goods and services imported from the Holy Luthori Empire and enacts an embargo on energy, weapons, arms, and all other forms of military technology.
3. All Luthori citizens need to obtain a visa for all travel and stay within Zardugal and shall register themselves with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
4. The Zardic Federation establishes provisional recognition of the government of Alduria and shall endeavor to construct a positive and fruitful relationship with said nation without undermining the soveriengty of the Aldurian State.
5. Alduria will be allowed to purchase property in Belgae to establish a Chancery and will be allowed to send an ambassador and embassy which will be given full diplomatic protection.
6. All tarriffs will be cut 50% annually for 5 years after the passage of this act in order to boost trade and economic benefits with both nations.
7. The Ministry of Defense is authorized to allow Alduria to purchase Zardic weapons and military technology and such sales will be regulated and controlled in a responsible manner by the Ministry.
8. Direct civilian air flights between the two countries is allowed and will be set up in due course.
