Description[?]:

Herr Präsident,

We are pleased to see the government embracing a green agenda, but we are puzzled that this has led to an incomplete energy reform subsidies policy. While choosing to sponsor nuclear energy - and rightly so - the government has omitted to sponsor truly renewable sources of energy such as wind, hydro and solar power, even though the resources of our nation in that area are undisputed.

Without such a policy, the government's energy policy would not lead to the optimal outcome for our environment, and we therefore ask that the House agree to a new policy of subsidies to renewable energy.

MessageHerr Präsident,

we prefer the reliability and greater efficiency of nuclear power over the climate-dependent volatility of renewable energy such as wind power, thus we wish to concentrate our support on the most promising technology.

Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election.
