An act to legalize GMO-related research, while keeping their production and usage in the general population illegal. Additionally, any research performed into GMOs in Kazulia cannot be used in production of GMOs in any nation.

MessageWe share these concerns, which is why we support keeping their production and usage banned, but research on its own can't harm the environment.

We added a clause stating that research into GMOs performed in Kazulia cannot be used by any party in production of GM-crops in any nation. Overall, this area is something that is still under much debate, and we don't see why we shouldn't allow increasing insight into these matters in Kazulia.
