| We would like to install Federal fishing quotas as the fisherman are actually fishing in to Federal waters and to unionize our fishing industry. Fishing companies from other states can easily deceive in the waters of another state. For the crops we would like to have a unified system that would regulate the use of chemicals. It can not be that in one state the farmer can use a certain product that is banned in another state and still can still his or her product. |
