| Overview: Executive Branch and FA see small budget reductions due to completion of overseas security and communications upgrades. 1 billion ZAR earmarked for security assistance to Beiteynu and 3 billion ZAR earmarked annually for aid to Badara. Defense increased to pay for 3 new aircraft carriers and supporting ships (the carriers will be named the ZNS Skaraj, ZNS Venetio and ZNS Darmopolo). The ZNS Skaraj will be slated for delivery from Kostandian Bay Maritime Corporation in 3761, with the Venetio to be delivered in 3763 and the Skaraj to be delivered in 3766. Healthcare is increased because of the coming public health care system. |
