Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: January 3758

Description[?]:

Madam Speaker,

There are things the state should provide for its citizens and then there are things the state should not provide for its citizens. It is not the states obligation to pay for people's phone services, nor is it the states obligation to directly pay for people's rent. The government should however ensure that the poor people of this country have enough money to rent, own a house and so on. We therefore suggest that the state contracts with private companies to provide public housing for all the citizens of Hutori. This would mean that we ensure that the monthly rent is affordable for low income families so that no one is left behind.
