Message | In what way is it open to abuse? You have consented to the use of your organs, unless you say against. The law has been so for so long that everyone understands it. Changing it now confuses the issue and loses a massive number of organs that would otherwise save peoples lives. Why put peoples lives at risk just because people are to lazy to say nay. |

Message | "You have consented to the use of your organs, unless you say against." Currently the government consents for the donor regardless if they consented or not. The new proposal assumes non-consent unless there is proof of personal consent. I think this is more reasonable as it reduces the chance of the unwanted donation of organs. |

Message | Most people are unconcerned, or just plain to lazy, to consent whereas if they have a moral feeling against something they are more likely to act. All this bill does is remove the chance of life for many people whilst improving the life of noone. If they are dead, why should it effect them? |
