| Message | I would like to announce to the Kanjorien delegation that His Majesty's government will be allotting 500M RCR of direct investments in Kanjor. Rildanor's government owned and controlled corporations such as the Rildanor Oil Corporation, the Laboratoire Rildanor, and the Rildanor Construction. An additional 500M RCR will be alloted to the annual Rildanor-Kanjor Military Exercises. I directed the Finance Ministre Émeric Richelieu to propose a version of the budget bill and submit it to the Senate immediately for voting. | Message | Kanjor would like to focus its investments on the infrastructure connecting us to Rildanor, increasing the capacity of both the autoroutes and railways, and on common research projects. For each of these fields we are going to invest 500M KRP. We shall also resume the common military exercises and book an expense of 500M KRP for that as well. As a name for the new treaty we would propose "Entente Canrillaise". We envision the following outline: 1) Mutual recognition of the independent character of our countries, and of our respective royal families as the sole claimants to the respective thrones 2) Peaceful and amicable relations, with common cultural initiatives 3) An agreement for the free movement of people, if possible with voting rights in the country of residence (either local or national elections, at Your discretion) 4) An agreement for the free movement of goods 5) A mutual defence treaty, with a common command, the État-Major de l'Entente Canrillaise (EMEC) to replace the UFCDC We would like to keep the door open for Alduria as a full member, on the condition that they ban the Orléans-Vasser from their throne, and to the possibility of observer status to countries that recognise their Canrillaise minorities.
