Message | Mr. Speaker, We are completely against this, considering that the UR wanted a full monarchy just a few years ago we wondering if they were just doing this to please the PPR? Anyways a monarchy is a symbol of stability and class, this cannot be abolished I assure all parties that this is the wrong decision for Baltusia and the people. We will oppose this the whole way. Message | Mr Speaker, When has the UR ever said that they support the monarchy? We have always been against it and so have I told you. Don't come up with false claims against my party. Monarchy is a symbol of conservatism and undemocratic rule, which we of course should get rid off. Tomas Bolivar Governor-General Party Leader Unión Radical OOC: I wrote to you that we could introduce constitutional monarchy with no Governor-General, but my party would still be officially against it and strive for a republic. |

Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election. |
