1. The President is hereby directed to take all actions both reasonable and proporational in order to support Kalopia against Deltarian aggression.
2. That upon the request of the Kalopian Government, Zardic defense officials wil train and equip the Kalopian armed forces in order to allow themselves to combat the Deltarian threat.
3. Deltaria is hereby listed as a State Sponsor of Terrorism as defined by the Foreign Anti Terror Act.
