| OOC: I forgot to propose this right after the election. Basically, each province has one governor. The party that wins a province in the general election wins the governorship. The governor serves a term of three years. A resolution, such as this one, will be proposed after every election. Each party that won a governorship must name someone to serve as the governor. If nobody is named as the deadline nears, the party with the second greatest proportion of votes names a governor, and so on. There are no term limits (but let's be realistic; you can't have the same governor for 100 years), and all parties are expected to vote yes on the resolution since there will be no articles attached.
