| Mr. Speaker Following the passage of this bill, all mafia organisation in Lodamun shall be illegal and be part of the mafia shall be a criminal act. the term mafia shall be defined by ministry of internal affairs, Mafia organisation are often guity of corruption, racket, murder, intimidation and trafic of dangerous drugs.
