| As it is clear that the Bill to introduce VAT is not going to pass, and as the other budget bills connected to the VAT bill have been passed, we face a significant budget deficit. As Finance has been for years grossly overfunded we should cut its funding to restore the balance of the budget. As the funding of Finance can be cut more than is required to balance the budget we also propose small increases in the Defence and Enviroment spending. |
