Message | Because Lib is the largest party in Parliament, they must choose someone from among their ranks to be speaker. It's a ceremonial position lasting for a legislative session (3 years). Both Lib and VLN need to choose someone to be their party leader in Parliament. Lib must choose someone to be the governor of Porthfield (West Vorona). Adair Thompson may not be the governor of West Vorona as he resided in Bradworth (East Vorona). If Lib wins the gubernatorial election in East Vorona, Mr. Thompson can be governor there again, but he is not allowed to switch back and forth. The same thing applies to Ralph Harrison, the former Conservative governor of Porthfield. |

Message | I added the "Parliament Composition" section. Because the new Cabinet will consist of Lib and Con, both parties will form the Government, or "ruling coalition", while VLN will form the Opposition. This means that Lib will hold the Office of the Prime Minister while Leader Harold Cromwell will become Deputy Prime Minister. This also allows VLN to form the Shadow Cabinet, which is basically like the Cabinet, except it only consists of VLN members. Because the Conservatives are in a coalition with Lib, Conservatives have no shadow ministers. FYI: A coalition government occurs when not a single party has a majority of the seats in Parliament. A majority in Parliament is 50 seats. |

Message | FYI: The Deputy Prime Minister is only a member of the second largest party when there is a coalition government. If a single party had more than 50% of the parliament (had 50 or more seats), than the Deputy Prime Minister would be a member of the majority party. Example: Lib took 40 seats, and Conservatives came second with 37. Lib = PM; Con = DPM. If Lib had taken 50 seats, then PM and DPM could've been Lib. |

Message | The leader of each party is already determined. Mine was the Prime Minister, yours is the current Prime Minister: Celia Thompson. We don't have a chief whip position. |

Message | If VLN does not offer a candidate for VLN leadership in Parliament by January 3768, the bill will move for a vote regardless. |
