We believe that the current amount of foreign aid is sufficient. It is immoral and irresponsible to offer to increase foreign aid while we have austerity infused policies at home. As for Article 1, we believe it would just encourage misbehaviour by diplomats who after all are not saints but mere mortals like the rest of us
