Article 1 Each Province should have a Legislature to vote and pass bills the federal government has given permission for Provincial governments to decide. Article 2 Each Provincial Parliament Should be made up of 87 Seats. Article 3 The members elected into Provincial parliament shall be determined by the amount of Federal members elected to parliament. For instance if the Conservatives achieve 24 seats in Lindar Valley Federally they will receive 24 seats in the Provincial Legislature of Lindar Valley. Article 4 To make article 3 possible, during a General election the voter has to select a national candidate and a provincial candidate. Article 5 Each Provincial Legislature will be called The General Assembly with the name of the Province after for instance, The General Assembly of Athosia.
