Message | Mr. Neutras Consul, We appreciate this bill made by the Democratic Progressives, however, we will have to vote against this bill as we disagree with articles to be frank. We believe articles 1-3 and 5 are good as they are, do not agree with Article 4 as all families need the children benefit as it does take a lot of time and money. Article 6 we stand by for religious reasons and liberties and for Article 7 we believe that local governments are more adequate to be control drinking water quality. Message | Mr. Consul, we apologize for the many components of this bill. However, we would like to set out our aims and ideals with this bill. It is not our intention to have this bill passed. |
