What kind of nation are we to allow executions of high crimes to have the possibility be to be carried out in public? Or even broadcasted throughout our nation? Current: Executions are always carried out in private; only necessary personnel are allowed to be present, which might include spiritual advisers.
Proposed: Executions are always carried out in private; however, family members, the victim and the victim's relatives are allowed to be present.
