Description[?]:

In line with the Opposition Rights Act (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=360987) the KLP fraction is offically inviting the Princeps Senatus, to answer the following questions:

1. Why does the government violate two court orders in relation to the High Court and why does the government resist the right of the KLP fraction to call in the High Court?

2. Why does he personally not end this situation and bring the government in line with the law?

3. Is he aware that in fact the government is breaking the law and is therefore liable for treason?

MessageTo the KLP:

I would answer your questions accordingly.

1. My party, the Democratic Progressives, have not violated any court orders. We did not resist the right at all for the KLP's calling of the High Court.

2. If you so insist, I will end this situation, although I am unsure of how you define ending the situation.

3. See above.

Random fact: It is not allowed to call more than 5 elections in 5 game years in a nation. The default sanction for a player persisting in the early election tactic will be a seat reset.
