MessageOOC: I will not name names as to who this is directed at.

Actually, I will: Communists.

"Acts" are those bills where you click the "here" button and add a proposal.

"Resolutions" are those bills where you write your own articles in the description.

This is so the Communists don't point to some nondescript law passed three centuries ago with a provision in the description that nobody looked at and claim that the present, administrative state of this nation must uphold that law because it "was there" and "passed". Please, just pass this bill for all of our sakes. Thank you to all.

MessageOOC : I am just being serious, we play by the law we have voted, the law that are voted in the past, 300 years ago, forget about them, they got passed, but we were not there, so it does not matter, and once we won't be there, the law we have pass will cease to matter, but now we are there.

I am not here to play a survey game, where we vote on proposal like should the post be regulated, yeah, but what regulation ? what is illegal to do with the post, is the post censored or what ? what regulations there are on the posts ?

Gotta be serious, not all law can be voted on the game script, we got to be creative and write our own laws.

MessageI am allowing you to write your own "regulations" or what have you, but please do so in a separate "resolution" so we can vote on them separately.

MessageNo, these are the same bill, the article I wrote are defining how regulated is the post, I do not wish to vote on unknown regulations, in real life, would you really vote on regulation you do not know ? you would request to be able to read the bill before voting on it.

MessageAs long as nobody tries to slip in an irrelevant rider into a bill, it will be fine.

But those self-written articles do become law along with the proposals.

Messagethose article which I write, describe the proposal of course they become in the law with the proposal, only, there is only us to rp them, if we disappear and 8 new player come here, do not recognize them, the self-written article, just like resolution, disappear. this is based on rp only, the particracy is based on rp.

Random fact: In cases where players have failed to clearly and accurately reference their nation's RP laws in the "Bills under debate" section, Moderation will rule them invalid if a challenge is made to their validity.
