With the nationalization of our forest industry, and the allowance of private companies to carry out its work we are able to create a perfect balance between the private sector and public sector. This Act will better manage our forest management with the nationalization and simplification of the industry.

we do not need a balance between efficiency and bureucracy, the former of which represents the free market and the latter representing government. For an optimal outcome, government must be restricted to the core functions of security, defense and protection of tradition.
