Old value:: Alcoholic beverages may be purchased only from licensed sales outlets, and can only be available to adults.
Current: Alcoholic beverages are regulated by local governments.
Proposed: Alcoholic beverage regulations are not imposed by the government.

Old value:: There is a free public health care system and a small number of private clinics, which are heavily regulated to ensure they treat their patients well and provide good care.

| Message | We would support article one, even though it does not go far enough for us. Article 2 we feel is open to exploitation (we beleive that children and teenagers have the right to be protected from their own actions). As the PP has pointed out, article 3 reduces choices for Likatonian citizens. |

| Message | Article 1 opens options up for the youngest of citizens. Ample opportunity is offered to terminate pregnancy prior to the third trimester. At the seven month point, we have new , little citizens to protect.. Article 3 allows our medical people to serve the Republic better. Why should we heavily regulate our physicians? Perhaps lightly regulate, but not heavily. |
