MessageSpace exploration cannot go completely unregulated. While the Orange Tie Party feels that it is not necessary for the Republic of Dolgaria to commit to space exploration an agency should still be created to work with private space-exploration organizations.

MessageApologies for the late responses.

We are favor of operating a national space agency and cooperating with private agencies, but outer space is outside of our borders and therefore we will enforce no jurisdiction outside of the atmosphere.

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.

Random quote: "Conservative, n: A statesman who is enamored of existing evils, as distinguished from the Liberal who wishes to replace them with others." - Ambrose Bierce
