Another proposal appears at our doorstep , this time from the Kundrati Union our neighbours , They and I assume Luthori wish us to agree on the ownership of our surrounding waters.

A travel and fishing control limit of 500km from the shore.

Prior claims and disputes to be determined by the World Court.

Messagewell weighed against its actual relevance I think this agreement sounds fair enough , I see no reason to inflame our neighbours over this and thus will be voting in favour.
