Mr. Speaker, We sincerely hope that these reforms made to our educational system will pass. Privatizing our pre-school system will allow us to spend less on it and education as a whole, it will also make our pre-schools more efficient. Increasing compulsory education to 17 years of age will allow Rutania to become a more academic society it will also open up more opportunities for Rutania's youth.
