| 1. The President of the Federation shall direct the Minister of Defense and the relevant heads of the Zardic Armed Forces to create and implement plans and policies to further secure the border with Vanuku and the border with Jelbania. 2. The President of the Federation shall direct the Minister of Internal Affairs to begin reviewing current policy regarding immigration and naturalization policies and enforcement so as to better prevent illegal migration and violation of Zardic law and borders. 3. The President of the Federation shall direct the Minister of Justice to review and recommend policy reforms to handling issues regarding immigration enforcement, deportation, naturalization and combating transnational crime. 4. The Federal Immigration and Border Security Commission (FIBSC) is hereby created and shall be composed of the Prime Minister, Minister of Internal Affairs, Minister of Justice, and the Minister of Defense. It shall coordinate federal immigration, border and internal security policies and propose reforms to enhance the security of the Federation. |
