| Mr. Speaker, We hereby request the mobilization of the reserves and other personnel to secure our homeland from a possible shall Jelbic invasion. We also call up the President, Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and the Minister of Finance to temporarily raise the military budget by 100 billion dollars so our troops will not be short of supplies during a possible war.
