| Mr Speaker, We would like to make extra available funds free for the following Ministries; Defense and Internal Affairs. We would like to submit this budget permanently until the end of the war effort. The Finance Ministry has lowered the budget of Environment and Tourism by 10 billion. We are of judgement that Tourism is out of the question since our country will be in full scale war with it's neighbors. Our Finances shall be now; This would bring our budget of 3807 in to a deficit of 56,902,360,736 billion ZAR or 1.7% of the total GDP. Our overall total Public debt at 1 January 3809 shall be: 261,446,715,630 or 7.8 % of the total GDP. |
