Message | Mr. Speaker, We share the opinion of our DRP Colleagues. We would add that for us to consider supporting the existence of paramilitary organizations, there would need to be heavy regulations concerning their operation and power. Francis M. Jones V Chairman of the FLC |

Date | 23:01:30, February 27, 2015 CET | From | Grand Nationalist Fraction | To | Debating the Paramilitary Bill |
Message | colleagues, we are willing to change the proposal to heavily regulated organisation. That would mean that paramilitary groups potentially would have more powers than they would have with our proposal. Answering Mr. Powers' question: in our proposal paramilitary groups would be used as a security force for political rallies, securing political areas, etcetera... LNC has used paramilitaries for years for securing their people and buildings. Ludwig Murphy LNC chairman |

Message | Mr. Speaker, If paramilitaries will be allowed to exist, they will need to be recognised and regulated. If we allow them to exist without officially acknowledging them, we can't regulate them and we'll end up with gangs taking over the country. -- Andre Fertig, Chairman of the GNRG |
