Description[?]:

The Compact of the Dul Kinean Revolutionary Army
Established in July of 2167
Authored by General Dr. Richard Jackson and General Maureen Folasade Adu
Member of Parliament Captain Oona Mae Turner Presiding

WHEREAS several parties in our legislature have taken it upon themselves to infringe on the rights of people to establish a free and independent state on the grounds that the government which currently rules them denies them life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness and equality;

DECLARING THAT Dul Kinea and its people have every right to be free and independent;

RECOGNIZING the supreme authority of the People of Dul Kinea is being targeted by several political movements to reinstate a dictatorship of the narrow majority and people of other states;

BEARING IN MIND that association with our beloved Commonwealth is and forever should be regarded as something that can be broken in times of extreme oppression;

PLEDGING absolute support for the militant movements in Dul Kinea and the attempt to secure a free and independent state in that land by any appropriate means;

INTENDING to support these militant groups until such a time comes where Dul Kinea is free from the occupation of military and political entities from the Commonwealth of Egelion by means of arms, food, and medical supply, manpower, and financial gifts;

BE IT RESOLVED by ALL SIGNATORS OF THIS ACT that they will provide ANY ASSISTANCE NECESSARY until Dul Kinea is free, independent, and self-governed, and will ACTIVELY OPPOSE RESISTANCE FROM THE COMMONWEALTH OF EGELION by means of DIRECT ACTION, including military action, worker's strikes, and the assisting of the PHYSICAL INCAPACITATION of Commonwealth bodies and PARTISAN PROPONENTS until they recognize Dul Kinean independence unconditionally and in full and pledge never to involve themselves in Dul Kinean affairs so long as the Commonwealth or members thereof shall exist in any way, shape, or form, or are UTTERLY DESTROYED AND HAVE SURRENDERED IN FULL to this body;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all signators shall form the Dul Kinean Revolutionary Army, which shall carry out the duties of supplying resistance groups and assisting them through any necessary means until the aforementioned conditions are achieved. This Army shall be a physical defendant of Dul Kinea until it is independent from the Commonwealth of Egelion or any other nation or state and governed completely by its citizens and its citizens alone;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Army shall fight until the death of every last man or woman that has pledged his or her physical support to it or until it has achieved its one objective of unconditional and total Dul Kinean Independence and refuse to bar any other resolutions, bills, or acts that provide for different circumstances;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Dul Kinean Revolutionary Army will actively attack the partisan or administrative agents of the Commonwealth of Egelion, barring only civilians who have proclaimed neutrality or support and who are defenceless and thereby protected by universal human rights doctrine, beginning with the Ministries of Defence, Justice, Foreign Affairs, Internal Affairs, Infrastructure and Transport, and, most importantly, the Office of the Prime Minister of July 2167, all their partisan, administrative, and military backers, and any associates taking up arms directly or indirectly against our cause.

MessageSignators will be treated as those who vote yes for this bill. This is a formal Declaration of War and should be treated as such. Signators will be treated as bound to this resolution completely and will be acted against as traitors if they should betray the cause prematurely. Those who oppose and vote no will be treated as prime targets for military action. Abstentions shall be treated as Declarations of Neutrality and those who abstain shall be held in regard as such and will not be acted against. Each partisan signator has the right to name two generals; all generals shall be of equal standing and shall be entrusted with upholding this document. Those who violate neutrality and pledge allegiance to parties against our cause or directly or indirectly assist those who oppose our cause will be treated as such, and thereby forfeit all protections that the state of neutrality entails. Signators, please post the names of your generals. Army business shall, after all positions have been recorded, be regulated to personal messages through the message center provided or through external contact. This is the end of all legislative action regarding Dul Kinea and the beginning of a civil war. Signators have no obligation to cease voting in other Parliamentary matters but must pledge to refuse to recognize (abstain) from all future bills regarding Dul Kinean Independence unless that bill lays out the objectives of this Army and only and all the objectives of this Army. May God have mercy on our souls.

In Solidarity and Trust,
Dr. Richard Jackson

MessageThe people of Dul Kinea have chosen Labour first. They have warmly welcomed their independence, and have endorsed our party. Dul Kinea will be free, even if we must wrest it from Egelion by force. We stand as citizens of the world before this Commonwealth, and will not stand for government corruption and self-interest swallowing a people's only hope for true freedom. Labour has made a drastic jump from third place to first in Dul Kinea, even with the large amounts of patriots that boycotted the elections. We have mustered a following from even the loyalists, one which must be considered when one speaks of the "people not asking for independence". We will war against our brothers and sisters for the good of a global family.

MessageTurnout fell in Dul Kinea by a mere 20,000. As Labour came in first, it would suggest that, if anyone boycotted the last general election, it was loyalists, not nationalists.

MessageThe Party Del Loco Grande has forfeited its neutral status and is officially an enemy with malice towards the People of Dul Kinea. They will be treated as such.
