MessageI think you misunderstand the purpose of the bill, or perhpas the choice is poorly worded. I intended that this would make fireworks easier to get, smaller ones at least and before using larger fireworks people get training to use them, to prevent any injury. Professional licenses would then be fairly easy to obtain.

MessageThis is simply restricting people from buying fireworks and I don't think there needs to be any restrictions other than that only adults can purchase them

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.

Random quote: "It makes no difference, in principle, if this 'collective will' is divined by the edicts of a dictator or by majority vote, so long as the rights of the individual may still be sacrificed." - Robert Garmong
