Current: The sale of fireworks is unregulated, anyone may buy them.
Proposed: Professionals may run licensed fireworks shows, small fireworks are legal to the general public.

Message | I think you misunderstand the purpose of the bill, or perhpas the choice is poorly worded. I intended that this would make fireworks easier to get, smaller ones at least and before using larger fireworks people get training to use them, to prevent any injury. Professional licenses would then be fairly easy to obtain. |
