Message | Mr. Speaker, We support article 2, we would prefer you go further on article 3 and ban Monopolies in all sectors of the economy. We agree with article 4, our laws are for the most part just, no reason diplomats shouldn't be held to them. With article 1 we would prefer you go a step further and make all power generation be run by the government. Amanda Greentree FJS Chair |

Message | Mr. Speaker. We disagree with this entire bill. This will mean the government will haveto take responsibility for bailing out these industries at huge costs should they have problems. Sadly all industry does have its problems. Raven Valentinn Minister of Internal Affairs |

Message | Mr. Speaker, The government doesn't have to bail out the companies. Our problem is with energy being provided by nationalised companies. We did not agree to that when we said we supported the bill; it was changed before being set to vote. -- Andre Fertig, Chairman of the GNRG, Minister of Trade/Industry, Vice President of Lodamun |

Message | Mr. Speaker, A coalition won't vote together on everything. My party prefers the proposed laws over the current laws, and it would cause us a huge disadvantage if we voted against this bill. We have voted in favour of similar articles before, and we have voted against some of the currently-existing laws. We would seem like hypocrites. We would be going against our own historically-held stance. This is not a critical matter. It should be okay if the parties in the coalition disagree. As all articles in this bill are related to Trade or Industry, I should be the one feeling disrespect from not being consulted by the President on the matter before the President made an official statement, but I do not have a big problem with it. -- Andre Fertig, Chairman of the GNRG, Minister of Trade/Industry, Vice President of Lodamun |

Random fact: It is possible for a player to transfer ownership of a character or a royal house to another player. This should be done in a public way, such as on the Character Transfers thread, so that if a dispute arises in the future, Moderation can be pointed towards evidence of the transfer. |
