Old value:: All adults shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government.
Current: All adults not supported by another person shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government. However, the provision of this is not to exceed a certain period of time.
Proposed: All veterans shall be guaranteed a very basic subsistence income by the government.

Message | Welfare is vital for the people to have a well being feeling, so they can produce more richness for the country, so they feel safe in their nation, so they can produce better life quality for themselfs, so they can feel supported, backedup, with the minimal conditions to live, everybody got's the right to live with the minimal decent conditions, ambition is a choice that must be made by the people. |
