Bill: Social Phone services act of 3815
Details
Submitted by[?]: Socialdemokratia Partio - Keruloismo
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: August 3816
Description[?]:
Mr. Speaker, We are against heavy state regulation and would like the providers to choose their own rates. Yet we would like to propose a yearly subsidy of 35 million ZAR to ease the burden on the poor. It's not that you are poor that you should not be able to call to or be called from family or friends. The weakest in society should not be weakened more, but should be strengthened. |

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map. |
