SEC. I

Article 1 grants a grace period of one-year for those holding dual or multiple citizenship to (i) declare exclusive Solentian citizenship or (ii) choose another primary citizenship. The Republic of Solentia should not suffer divided loyalties.

SEC. II

Article 2 amends earlier legislation to declare all foreign marriages following the passage of this bill will not be recognized by the Republic.

MessageWhat benefit would there be to banning duel citizenship? Some people might live in our nation as well as a different nation throughout the year (maybe they have a parent from each nation). Why should we make their lives more difficult by forcing them to choose a citizenship?

We see no benefit for anyone by banning multiple citizenship.
