MessageI don't see any good changes in this bill. Local governments will know better what their citizens need and find what's required. Property seizures are only for VITAL needs and emergencies - a truly necessary policy. I might be open to seeing a change in the citizenship laws, but not total acceptance of double citizenship is too far.
