| An act to establish a civilian corps to provide for the manpower for reconstruction of war torn areas. 1. The Director-General of the CRC shall be appointed by the President. 2. The CRC is authorized to employ up to 600,000 civilians for reconstruction projects. 3. The CRC shall be overseen jointly by the Minister of Infrastructure and Transportation and the Minister of Internal Affairs. 4. Only projects authorized by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transportation or the Reconstruction Finance Corporation are to be worked on by the CRC. |
