| Dear Senators, according to the Emergency laws we are declaring a "special situation" with the passage of this bill: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=363960. According to this special situation we will use the military and police to reinforce the border troops. Moreover with an increased funding for internal affairs we are incrasing the police foce to deal with the "refugee camp" as well as with already found immigrants and to intesnify the search for refugees already in the Imperium Selucianum.
