| "I'm sorry, but I made a slight mathematics error in the last tax cut and budget cut. It led us to a 6.5 billion SOL deficit. That's minor, but all deficits are evil. Ted Johnson has spoke to me, and I considered resignation, but then I was told that other parties voted for it, and therefore, it was almost as much their faults as mine. I apologize, and therefore this minor budget cut shall fix the problem.
