"Councillors,

Regarding our Armed forces, Free Pontesi shall implement a system of decentralization in where our loyal forces - such as those of the Crimson Crusade, the Claws and Paws Militia or the Yeudi Defence League - are in charge of themselves and compete for government contacts for military service in exchange for payments and their loyalty. We shall also grant these forces the right to engage in policing duties were it is necessary."
