Section 1 Clause - If however the country in question does not provide sufficient evidence to the crime, or their legal system is a barbaric or degraded version of our own, of which posses inhumane methods of providing legal rights, the Davostan DR court system can refuse to extradite the citizen or national on these grounds. Message | Mr Speaker, Could the Rt. Hon. Minister please clarify what is meant by "proved [...] without any reasonable doubt"? Are we to take that this means that the person in question would first have had to be found guilty in absentia by a court in the nation in which the crime took place? I yield the floor. |

Message | Mr Speaker, To clarify on the suggested "proved [...] without any reasonable doubt", if the criminal court system of another nation has found a citizen, national or otherwise immigrant to our nation of a crime against their state, and provided exclusive and justifiable reason to convict said person. We'll have no choice but to help the country in finding and extraditing the suspect to their nation for further prosecution. |

Message | Mr Speaker, If the bill were to state clearly that the national government of Davostan reserves for itself the option of preventing an extradition and instead opting for a trial on our own soil if the legal process of the country in question is believed to be substandard, we would support it. I yield the floor. |
